Join us and learn about the his­tor­i­cal back­ground why this knowl­edge dis­ap­peared in (West­ern) soci­eties, learn about the­o­ret­i­cal input on the female body and ejac­u­la­tion, learn about stim­u­la­tion tech­niques that can lead to mul­ti­ple orgasms, learn about exer­cis­es to train the pelvic floor and the vagi­nal nerves. In the end of the work­shop we invite you to have a dis­cus­sion on how these top­ics are seen in dif­fer­ent cul­tur­al soci­eties around the world. We are hap­py to wel­come all gen­ders to the work­shop!*

Please bring a blan­ket or yoga mat­tress. Due to short­age of space we will sit on the floor.
